The phototherapy unit for the BIN-3000A and BIN-3000B series incubators is an optional device designed for the treatment of neonatal jaundice. This unit is typically mounted on top of the incubator and consists of a bilirubin radiation lamp—either fluorescent or LED tubes—positioned directly above the baby compartment, along with a separate observation light.
