PSA Oxygen & Nitrogen Generators produce gaseous oxygen from compressed air on site and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative. The generators are available in several standard models with a capacity ranging from 15 to 100m3 / hour at 93-95% purity.
Each generator is equipped with an automatic start & stop function, enabling the generator to adapt according to the current consumption.

Activated carbon tower
The activated carbon tower absorbs the remaining oil particles/hydrocarbons.
Filter groups
Compressed air is cleaned by filtering up to 1 micron in the 1st stage filtration unit. It reduces the oil aerosols below 0,0008ppm.
Second group made from activated carbon granules to reduce odor or oil mist particles to 0,003 ppm this is important to comply with ISO 8573 class 1.2.1 standard.
