How to Wear
Wrap the wrist support around the wrist with the thumb placed in the opening provided. Pull the straps to lock the support to a comfortable and secure fit.

Hand wash with mild detergent and water at room temperature. Dry in shade on a surface. Do not dry clean. Do not Iron or Bleach.
